EXCELLENT - a semi-hardcore raiding guild currently recruiting for patch 10.2. We have been around on-and-off since 2009, when a few IRL friends decided to take up WoW together, and we've been back several times since. Our main focus is clearing Normal and Heroic quickly before steadily progressing through Mythic difficulty. With that being said, it's not the end of the world if we can't quite clear Mythic difficulty, but we'll definitely give it a good shot and have good reason to believe we'll do pretty well. We have recently made the jump to the Draenor server with the hopes of attracting new talent and having a full enough roster to allow a continued focus on Mythic progression.

What can we offer?

The primary goal of this guild is to foster an inclusive and fun environment where people feel welcome and also where progression is taken seriously. With most of us being in our late twenties/early thirties, we want to ensure that we're getting the most out of the limited time we're spending in-game. With this in mind, we feel that it's important that our players are capable of consistently improving where necessary (by analyzing logs/WoW Analyzer/Wipefest etc.) and taking constructive criticism when it's warranted. This isn't personal; it's simply about growing as a group and clearing content together, all whilst (hopefully) having fun.

There's a strong emphasis on creating and fostering a positive social experience for people in the guild. We have an active Discord and our members are typically up for running M+, playing other games and just generally hanging out. The goal here is to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere with an element of competition amongst ourselves.

What do we expect from you?

• You use the required add-ons (WeakAuras, DBM/BigWigs, Method Raid Tools and RC Loot Council).

• You use Discord and have a working microphone.

• You possess a mature mindset and are not toxic.

• Strong comfortability with your class of choice.

• A willingness to improve and adjust where necessary.

• Keeping up-to-date with gearing to ensure you aren't falling behind.

• An understanding that roster rotation is a natural element of Mythic progression - being "benched" is never personal.
