Social community looking to complete casual, flexible roster with healers and DPS

Thrust is primarily a social community - we have a really solid core group of players that enjoy each other's company and playing together. We hang out in Discord, do a lot of M+, and often raid heroic with another guild. We're nudging just less than 20 people in our core, a mix of ex-Mythic raiders and first timers. The group consistently gets curve with other groups or guilds, but don't want to do Mythic raid in a more brutal, high-intensity environment. While we have some high quality players, we prefer to raid in a more casual way, respecting each other, but still want to push the first bosses of Mythic in a friendly and fun environment.

We don't expect to be going for Cutting Edge, but do think something like 4 or 5/8 is possible for us to progress with our level of skill and commitment over a season. While we aren't the sweatiest group, we still enjoy analysing where we can improve our parses, mechanical play, cooldown usage, etc. - we are just realistic about our level of commitment to progress and try to help each other improve rather than shitkicking. We're also realistic about people having real lives - we want to expand our roster to allow us to be flexible around some people having to work lates occasionally, or if people just need a night off every now and again.

If you value flexibility and a non-toxic environment over progression at all costs, and are looking to progress the first few bosses of Mythic, we'd like to hear from you. We expect you to have more patience than a hardcore mythic raider. We might wipe to mechanics, have some lower parses, and take a bit longer to kill stuff than a 2 or 3 day a week guild with higher entry requirements, but we do expect everyone to be open to feedback, analysis and work to improve your gameplay where necessary.

We currently plan to raid one night a week, Tuesday, from 8pm - 11pm server time. We're a diverse and international group and our primary raid language is English. We have a lot of queer friends in our group so if you're bigoted, don't bother.

We're particularly keen to recruit a Hunter and another healer, but open to chatting to anyone who thinks they fit our group description.
