Our guild has recently reformed in retail and are recruiting both social players for Mythic+ and to fill out the guild's roster, and we are recruiting raiding players.

Building a new raid team takes time, effort and dedication, we have spent the last few years in classic wow, and we are now looking to get back to where we were in retail before this. This is your opportunity to help forge the direction of our guild, maybe even take on the responsibilities of an officer if you have the experience and willingness to help out.

The goal of our raids has always been to progress at the highest level (Mythic), but we are not hardcore/world first raiders. We like to have a good time and kill bosses at our own pace, as long as we are making progress and everyone is enjoying the raids that is what is important.

We do expect our raiders to come prepared and with an understanding of what Mythic raiding takes. This includes:

• Enchanted at the highest level
• Gemmed at the highest level
• Consumables at the highest level (runes/pots/flasks/food) for during raids
• Embellishments/crafted gear where appropriate
• Spending time outside of raids doing M+ and getting upgrades from the Vault

Mythic raiding does involve wiping (sometimes a lot), so we are looking for raiders that do not get discouraged and are happy to keep working on a boss until we get it down. If its a hard enough boss you may even get to hear the nerd screams :)

One of the most important parts of being a raider is the attitude you bring to the guild and the raid team.  You are expected to be polite and helpful to other members of the guild and raids, at the end of the day we are a team and even if you are the best player in the world, you still can’t clear these raids on your own. Being kind and helpful to other members of the guild/raid team will go a long way and make everyone’s in game time that much more enjoyable.
