SHIFT is a raiding-focused guild where we prioritize learning, fun, and a sense of progression. Raiding isn’t a job here; instead, we see it as something fun we do as a team twice a week. We are focused on both raiding and Mythic+. We also keep our approach enjoyable and supportive, ensuring that everyone feels motivated to improve without the pressure of someone analysing their every move. Everyone makes mistakes; we know and understand that.

Expectations For Raiders:

-Try to be on time

-Show up If you are signed up

-Bring consumables

-Be prepared for the fight (knowing mechanics, enchants, etc)

-The most important one this is a chill environment, we encourage people to joke around and have a good time!
