At Casual Raiders, our mission is clear: to push our limits, improve continuously, and achieve higher ranks in the competitive world of raiding. We understand that our players' time is valuable, so we maintain a strict raid schedule that respects their commitment and ensures we make the most of every session.
We know what it takes to elevate our play, and we have high expectations for productive and enjoyable raiding. Our unique atmosphere is a blend of dark humor, positive energy, and enthusiasm, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and motivated. Our team is built on the foundation of old friends bringing their expertise and camaraderie to the table, making our guild not just a group of players, but a close-knit community. Together, we strive for excellence while having a great time doing it.

What you can expect from us:
Engaging Atmosphere
- Our guild is built on dark humor, friendly banter, and a positive attitude. We’re all about building long-lasting friendships that go beyond the game. We encourage everyone to be an active part of our community, both in and out of raids. Whether we’re strategizing for the next encounter or just sharing a laugh, our guild is a place where you can feel right at home.
Stable Roster
- We provide a stable yet adaptable raiding environment where you can compete at a high level while still having room to grow as a player. We know that each player has their own strengths and areas to develop, so we create an atmosphere that promotes continuous improvement and personal growth.
No PTR testing
- We do not force any PTR testing but we fully expect you to be familiar with the fights once the raid opens.
Public logs during farm
- We love the competitive thrill of seeing our names on the leaderboards, and farm raids are the perfect time to focus on parsing and competing. However, during progress, we keep logs private and prioritize teamplay, mechanics, and consistency. By focusing on these aspects, we ensure smoother runs and a more consistent path to success.
Leadership
- Our leadership team consists of the guildmaster and a group of dedicated officers, each with specific responsibilities. We believe in transparency and often seek the raid team's input on most decisions. Ultimately, the guildmaster or raid leader makes the final call, but we welcome and encourage all suggestions. Our main goal is to keep the guild on course and make raiding fun and easy for everyone.
RECRUITMENT
Currently recruiting a Raidleader(any class) and Ele Shaman.
We are always looking for exceptional players regardless of specific needs listed above. All spots are competitive in our guild, and we will always slot the 20 best players/classes for progression.
What we expect from you:
Attendance
- We expect you to be able to have close to 100% attendance during progress, with exceptions communicated well in advance.
Preparation
- We expect everyone to be fully familiar with the upcoming fights. Understanding the mechanics and how to handle them is a requirement. With our limited raiding schedule, we can't afford to waste raid-time learning each individual mechanic.
Character Maintenance
- Commit time to optimizing your gear for progression, which includes filling up your Mythic+ Vault and farming those crucial items from Heroic raids.
Alts
- Every raider is expected to have one alt ready for split raiding. This is not a strict requirement, exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Performance
- We’re not just looking for high parses; we want team players. We've encountered plenty of players with impressive logs, but some turn out to be more focused on themselves than the team. We need someone who will do whatever it takes to make fights easier for everyone, someone who doesn’t hesitate to sacrifice their DPS to handle mechanics properly while maximizing their output in any given situation.
Improvement
- We believe in continuous improvement and personal growth. Feedback is meant to help you get better, not to shame or blame. We see it as an opportunity to grow. Pointing out mistakes isn’t about assigning fault; it’s about identifying areas to improve. Mistakes are just part of the learning process. Owning up to your mistakes is important for growth and team trust. We’ll regularly review your performance to highlight both strengths and areas for development. When challenges arise, we’re here to support you and find solutions together. We’re looking for players who can accept constructive criticism, process it, and use it to improve.
