Decent of Illidan is a long time mythic guild that attempts to maintain fun and progression on a lighter than hardcore raid schedule.

Goals for 11.0 --> To kill as many mythic bosses as possible and set ourselves up to achieve CE in 11.1 Run a competitive roster that rewards those who put in the effort and perform at a higher level. Keep a positive raid environment.

Raider Requirements -->

Near 100% attendance. If not able to attend, this is discussed as far in advance as possible, and marked on the raid invite the week of.

8 slots of maximum reward vault drops (4 m+ and 4 Delves, 3 from raid etc)

Keep a current droptimizer sim for raid nights and rolling on gear.

Raid nights: Tues/Wed – 8:30-11:30pm EST.
