Warcraft Logs - Hiding Character Parses

We understand that privacy is important to many players. When parses of your fights get uploaded without your permission, this can be very frustrating.

In order to address this problem, you can claim ownership of your characters on Warcraft Logs and then select a specific setting to hide your character's parses from public view. This will prevent your character from being searched on, and it will hide all your rankings in public listings.

Registering and Claiming Characters

The first step is to register an account with the site. Once you have done so, you can then claim your characters.

Hiding Parses

Once you have claimed your characters. you can go to the Settings page (accessible from the upper right corner of the site). Next to each claimed character is a link that you can click to toggle the parses for that character between being visible and hidden.

Because of caching on the site, please allow up to 10 minutes for parse visibility changes to propagate through to the entire site.
